Congratulations to Patrick Hoefling for being awarded the 2022 AGCO Operator of the Year!  Patrick is a custom applicator for Nutrien Ag Solutions in Odebolt, Iowa, and has been a custom applicator for 50 years. Patrick has become a favorite over the years with his customers, being specifically requested because of his dependability, dedication and care he takes with every field, as if they were his own. Patrick was nominated by his son, also the facility manager, Mike Hoefling.

In 2017, Asmark collaborated with AGCO to develop the Applicator Training Course, hosted in Bloomington, Illinois at Asmark’s Applicator Training Center. Two courses were developed for beginner and experienced applicators. The beginner course is designed to help new applicators with the basic skills required for becoming a professional operator. The experienced course serves as a refresher for more seasoned applicators with several years of experience.
