UPDATE! Medical Examiner’s Certificate Gets New Expiration Date
FMCSA has issued the new DOT medical forms, MCSA-5875 and MCSA-5876, with a new expiration date of
3/31/2028.
The new version of the Medical Examination Report Form and the Medical Examiner’s Certificate have
been made available by FMCSA and are posted on the Asmark Institute website. If you have any questions,
