We kick things off as a full team, then break out into departments to dive deeper into what each group needs to accomplish. Our quarterly planning sessions help turn big goals into actionable steps that move the business forward. 

This quarter also marked the successful wrap-up of compliance season—our busiest time of year. This year’s post-March 1st team dinner was a hit, topped off with a local comedian who had us all laughing until our sides hurt.
